The main difference between a monitor and a television is that a monitor does not have a television tuner to change channels. These modern monitors like flat panel monitors, LED monitors and other modern monitor takes less space on the desk as compared to older cathode ray tubes ( CRT ) monitor. Older computers made use of cathode ray tubes (CRT) which were made to monitor heavy and larger in shape. Still, today’s monitors are created using flat-panel display technology that makes monitors small and good-looking. The Monitors usually connect to the pc DVI, HDMI, VGA, Display port, and USB-C and connect with other cables. Monitor work based on pixels. A pixel is the smallest unit of information that can be represented by a computer screen Each pixel is made up of 3 colours red, green and blue. Pixels can be used for images, text, and other information that you see on a computer monitor screen.
