Oracle Certification Specializations
An Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) is an information technology expert who specializes in the administration of the technology of the Oracle corporation. As an OCP, you can specialize in Oracle databases (11g, 10g, 9i, and MySQL) and Java programs (SE 7, SE 6, SE 5, EE 5 and ME 1). You might also find specializations in Fusion Middleware, PL/SQL, E Business Suite R12 and three versions of Solaris (11, 10, and Cluster 3.2). Training occurs through the Oracle University Training Center. Oracle Academy or an Oracle Workforce Development Program offered by an Oracle-Authorized Education center or partner. Through course unit, you will gain skills to work with and troubleshoot databases, database software, middleware, applications, servers, and storage systems.
